We use a modified American Idol-type format. Three local celebrities have agreed to be our judges for the Lawyerpalooza 2004 event.

Spike O'Neill -- A key part of KZOK-FM's morning team, Spike is also an avid biker (motorcycles). His sharp wit in Lawyerpalooza 2003 had us, in computer-geek-speak, ROTFL. We're glad to have him back doing his best "Simon."

Anne Bremner -- Stafford Frey Cooper, partner. Anne is a noted local litigator, having obtained defense verdicts in the Mary Kay Letourneau case, the Robert Thomas Sr./Mel Miller inquests, and many others. She's been featured on Dateline NBC, Court TV, MSNBC, Good Morning America and the Today Show, and has been a regular on the (national) Fox News Channel.

Gene Stout -- Recently celebrated 20 years as Pop Music Critic for the Seattle P-I. He grew up listening to Pat O'Day on KJR, spent hours interviewing Courtney Love after Kurt Cobain's death and has reviewed hundreds of concerts. He admits to being a sucker for a great musical hook and has a CD collection large enough to bury him in an earthquake.
