We use a modified American Idol-type format. Three local celebrities agreed to be our judges for the Lawyerpalooza 2005 event.

Alan White -- Alan White is considered by many to be one of the greatest rock drummers. He's performed since age 13. He is the drummer for Yes, played in John Lennon's Plastic Ono Band, on Lennon's "Imagine" and "Instant Karma," and on George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord." Alan continues with various solo and group performing projects, as well as composing. He and his wife of 20 years, Gigi, have formed a foundation called the Music Northwest Foundation.

Anne Bremner -- Stafford Frey Cooper, partner. Anne is a noted local litigator, having obtained defense verdicts in the Mary Kay Letourneau case, the Robert Thomas Sr./Mel Miller inquests, and many others. She's been featured on Dateline NBC, Court TV, MSNBC, Good Morning America and the Today Show, and has been a regular on the (national) Fox News Channel.

Gene Stout -- Recently celebrated 20 years as Pop Music Critic for the Seattle P-I. He grew up listening to Pat O'Day on KJR, spent hours interviewing Courtney Love after Kurt Cobain's death and has reviewed hundreds of concerts. He admits to being a sucker for a great musical hook and has a CD collection large enough to bury him in an earthquake.
